Takes Win on Last Lap Move May 6, 2006 |

Sawyer did it again. He did it before people could blink an eye.
In fact the crowd stood in the grandstands to watch the finish,
many with a look of bewilderment, how does this young 21 year
old do it they asked? Sawyer is running a car owned by Scott Schweitzer
to showcase the GM crate motor. In his known last lap move he
took the win only by a few feet in the Super Street Stock main
event. After winning his heat race earlier in the evening, Sawyer
started tenth in the field. Sawyer worked his way up through the
pack of cars quietly and sometimes put the #98 three wide on the
track. When a yellow came out with two laps to go he looked as
though he was going to have to settle for second place. Then to
the crowd's surprise Sawyer took his #98 to the low groove of
turns three and four and got underneath the #32 of Nick Sylvister
to take the win. For a detail
